Christopher Borucki is a post-doctoral researcher. He defended a PhD at the faculty of Law & Criminology of the KU Leuven, where he was affiliated with the Institute for the Law of Obligations. The subject matter of this PhD was ‘extra-contractual redress by public authorities’, for example in case of environmental harm. Moreover, he researched topics such as climate change litigation, greenwashing and ethical clauses in contracts.
